STAGE 01
INITIAL CONTACT WITH CRC
1. Initial Meeting Onsite
2. Quote Scope of Works
3. If Scope of works require plans, please go to Stage 2
STAGE 02
CONCEPT PLANS
1. Engage with our drafts person
2. Fee proposal sent to client for concept plans
3. Once approved, onsite meeting is organised with drafts person
4. Client to approve concept plans
STAGE 03
CONSTRUCTION/ BUILDING PLANS
1. Construction plans are created via concept plans
2. If required, plans are sent to certifier, engineering and town planner for assessment
3. Onced approved, necessary documents are issued
STAGE 04
QUOTING
1. Plans are then sent to our suppliers and sub contractors for tender
2. CRC will then finalise a fixed priced quote
3. Quote sent off to client
Please note: A ballpark quote can be given once concept plans have been drawn for budget requirements.
